Kennedy Diesel Shipping Policy

Domestic shipments:

We ship orders on UPS or with USPS Priority Mail. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship with the most economical carrier. If you would like to use an alternate carrier, you will have to arrange pickup and delivery with them.

International shipments:

USPS is usually the most economical carrier, but not the fastest. UPS is faster, but has higher brokerage fees. Any quotes for international shipping will be for freight only. The carrier of choice will collect the brokerage fees and duties or taxes from you before they will deliver.

Lost or damaged shipments:

In the event that there is a delay or loss of package a claim must be filed. We cannot ship a replacement until such claim is settled.

Address Corrections:

It is important that we receive accurate shipping address information. We do our best to validate addresses with our carriers, but incorrect information can lead to delays and additional fees from the carrier. Any such address correction fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
